I am an engineering manager at Canonical, publishers of Ubuntu. My team builds developer tools for Linux software packaging, including Snapcraft, Rockcraft, and Charmcraft, among others.
I previously spent 14 years as a computer scientist at Elysium Digital, where I analyzed technology in legal disputes. I testified as an expert witness in intellectual property, cybersecurity, and antitrust cases across US federal and state courts. Recurring topics included databases, security and the Web.
I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in computer science and engineering from Harvard University, which profiled my work in 2017.
